Above is the book I published in 2022. I wanted to be able to post this story on Wiki - so I published a book on it. We will talk about Wiki another day. I mailed a copy of the book to the museum in 2022. Human Resources was consistently opening my newsletters so I sent it attention to their department. I wrote a message in the book thanking them for reading my newsletters. After they received the book they stopped reading the newsletters - so they received the book. Here is another press release I have done and here.
🚨 DAILY NEWSLETTER SUMMARY: DAY 4 OF THE COUNTDOWNThe ISGM Cover-Up: Fiduciary Failure & $1.3B RiskThis newsletter serves as a public report on the fiduciary failure of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum (ISGM) Board of Trustees, which risks the forfeiture of the entire estate to Harvard University. The Problem: The ISGM Board is allegedly complicit in a "Theft as Purchase" scheme, securing their silence with a secret Koch family payoff. This was done to bypass Isabella Gardner's strict will. The Proof of Breach: The Board's failure is documented by their decades-long inaction on a credible lead and their hostile, retaliatory behavior (the "Heywood Jablomey" harassment) when questioned about the Koch donation. The Stakes: This breach entitles Harvard to claim the entire Trust, including the endowment and the recovered artwork—a total value of over $1.3 billion. The Ultimatum: We are not waiting. This action is only finally happening because of my determination. We demand Harvard file suit immediately to claim the assets and validate my mother's 30-year story.
My mother's story and my relentless, 15+-year determination got us here. We forced the system to listen by finding a legal threat it cannot ignore. This moment, where one woman's determination can trigger a multi-billion dollar legal and institutional reckoning, is the final victory over the wall of silence.
I stand proud sharing my mother's story and my journey to share it.
