🎁 IT IS TIME: The Koch Family Must Return the ArtworkThe moment for silence is over. IT IS TIME. It is time for the Koch family to return the artwork. I was always hoping that, given the overwhelming evidence, the paintings would be returned through a deathbed confession or a clause in their will. But we now understand why that's impossible: The Board of Trustees' complicity and the terms of Isabella's will prevent a clean return. If the art were returned, the Board's decades of cover-up would be exposed, triggering the forfeiture of the entire Trust and its $1+ billion in assets to Harvard. The Koch family's secret payoff has put the Museum in a legal chokehold. The True Cost of Silence and The Countdown BeginsWhen my mother had her first-hand encounters with Frederick R. Koch in 1991/1992, she was in her 50s. Today, my mother is still alive, in her 80s, and she is still waiting for her story to be heard. We are NOT waiting 4 to 6 MORE weeks. IT HAS BEEN THIRTY YEARS OF WAITING. It is only finally coming full circle because of my determination. NO ONE ELSE HAS HELPED. The time for deliberation is over. The time for action is now. To ensure this matter receives the urgency it deserves, I intend to send out a daily newsletter counting the days it takes for Harvard to file suit (and give credit to my mother's story) and finish this. ✅ The Art and Museum Are Better Off with HarvardThe transfer of the Museum to Harvard is not a hostile act; it is the best outcome for the collection's survival and scholarly future. The current Board is legally obligated to prioritize an outdated 1924 vision, while Harvard is obligated to prioritize preservation and education. Superior Conservation: Harvard Art Museums (HAM) operates the world-renowned Straus Center for Conservation. The ISGM collection would receive the highest standard of conservation, climate control, and expert care, safeguarding the masterpieces from the aging structure's challenges. Scholarly Freedom: Harvard's acquisition would extinguish the restrictive will, allowing curators to finally fill the empty frames with complementary works, rotate displays, and make the collection available to students and researchers, fulfilling its highest educational potential. Financial Stability: The collection gains the long-term, superior financial stability of one of the world's largest university endowments, ensuring its perpetual operation without reliance on secret, compromised payoffs.
❓ How Much Longer Will Cambridge University Remain Silent? To Cambridge University, I must ask: How much longer do you intend to maintain this silence? You received my information about the Koch family's involvement in the theft of Charles Darwin’s notebooks—we know you know I know who did it." When the news hits that Harvard has filed suit over the ISGM heist's Koch cover-up, the story of your stolen Darwin notebooks will inevitably follow and will be heard globally. I will make sure :-) You are being given a choice: Continue to stay silent and prepare for the inevitable negative press and institutional review, or finally acknowledge your own role in the Koch cover-up and respond now. My mother's story and my relentless, 15+-year determination got us here. We forced the system to listen by creating a legal threat it cannot ignore. This moment, where one woman's determination can trigger a multi-billion dollar legal and institutional reckoning, is the final victory over the wall of silence.
I stand proud sharing my mother's story and my journey to share it.
