Today, I'm getting personal. As of today, we are at a critical juncture in this journey. I am tracking the time because every second of this effort has been earned: 95 Total Days since the formal forensic data was submitted to Harvard and AG of Mass. 64 Business Days of institutional silence. 13 Days until the 36th anniversary of the Gardner Museum heist (March 18, 2026).
The Battle for Care: From Florida to MichiganIn 2020, my husband’s health started going down. He has been a glass and glazing contractor for over 30 years—working in the industry since he was 15 years old. I tried getting him care in Florida, but that didn’t go well. Never go to Florida for your medical care. I’ve lived my whole life there, and their medical system is awful. The Florida neurologists simply didn’t listen to me—imagine that, someone not listening. Thanks to a small inheritance—just enough to move us—we relocated to Michigan on February 1, 2025. Since then, we have been surviving on just my income from my work as a web developer and my eBay sales. Here, the doctors finally listened. He has been diagnosed with mild-to-moderate dementia and confirmed TB-Mac with lung loss (cavitations). Now, they are ruling out MS and lung cancer. It has been a long road of care and recovery. The Pillar vs. The PushbackWhile I live this "normal" life in Michigan, there has been another factor lurking since I was 21: the amazing art story my mother had with a stranger at a flea market in Okeechobee. Recently, I tried to share the discoveries of the past three months with my son. I was chewed out for probably an hour. I was told I’ve "wasted my life" on this, and that at the end of this year, when "nothing happens," I owe my entire family an apology for not giving up. So guess what my goal is to make sure happens by the end of the year? #NeverGiveUp
But then there is Liz, my sister-in-law. Her friendship started to bloom as I battled doctors for her brother. She actually listened. She encouraged me to launch the podcast and has been the pillar I needed to get through this last mile. If you have someone who stands beside and just listens, tell them thank you. Not everyone has that. I’ve had to find the strength to be strong alone. For My Mother and IsabellaI have finally been able to share everything with my mother. This story—and that man, Frederick—hurt her deeply. He told her to sell the artwork and retire, leaving her with dreams that turned into a 30+ year battle. No mother wants to watch her daughter struggle for over a decade against the art world, but this isn't the first battle I’ve conquered for her. I saved her from hospice in 2018. Make no mistake: Harvard's potential $3 billion inheritance doesn't exist without my 15-year sacrifice. I am the forensic bridge to their future. They can't claim the prize while ignoring the person who found it. Nothing else would have ever delivered them to the door they are at now. MY HARD EFFORTS, MY LIFE JOURNEY, MY FAMILY TORMENT brought us here. Think about that—15 years of silence on a monumental story and the personal sacrifices made to take this on. What have you stood up for lately?
Now we wait to see if Harvard stands with TRUTH... ZERO Chance I am Going AwayYou missed my mother’s birthday. Now, the anniversary of the heist is quickly approaching. Isabella’s will and her last words will no longer be ignored for the benefit of Anthony Amore or the Koch brothers. Isabella’s word will be heard. I didn’t realize when I took this on that I’d be standing up for so many women—and that ensures I will NEVER give up. I am going back to TikTok Live. I am now armed and ready with the full truth, and I am only getting stronger. The Truth Does Not Require Your Belief to ExistThey used their money and power to bury history. We are going to use the truth to write it. I challenge anyone listening: If this was your mother, your family’s legacy, and a city's history on the line—would you give up?
I don't think so. Stand with the "nobodies." Stand with the history of Boston. Stand with Mary.
Thank you for being part of this journey. The truth is still the truth, even if no one believes it. Suzanne is the wheel. HEAR ME SQUEAK!
