In my last newsletter, I revealed undeniable proof that President Donald Trump was directly made aware of my investigation into the $1 billion Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum heist and the Koch family's alleged involvement. My USPS records confirmed specific mailings to Mar-a-Lago and the White House in March 2018. But my outreach to President Trump, and his awareness, began much earlier. Prior to 2018, I had already reached out to him via the White House website and other email addresses I could find, ensuring my message was delivered. This sustained silence from the highest office, and from authorities overall, goes beyond simple awareness. It’s rooted in connections that highlight just how deeply the "swamp" runs when powerful families are involved. During his first term, President Trump's ties to the Koch brothers were publicly documented, painting a clearer picture of why the truth about the Gardner heist might have been suppressed. Consider these documented facts from reputable news organizations: - Mar-a-Lago Meetings: In 2017, CBS News reported on former Trump adversaries joining him at his Mar-a-Lago club (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/former-trump-adversaries-join-trump-at-his-mar-a-lago-club/). Among them, William Koch – the very brother who, I allege, "tucked away" Frederick R. Koch (the mastermind behind the heist) in Okeechobee, near my mother's flea market, during the critical period after the theft. These are not distant associations; these are direct social and political engagements at the President's private residence.
- Kochs as Trump Donors: Politico, in January 2020, highlighted that the Kochs were among Trump's donors (https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/03/trump-donors-koch-093644). Financial ties, particularly from such influential political donors, are a powerful form of connection that can extend influence far beyond simple political support.
- "Corruption in Action": As early as April 2017, the Huffington Post published an article titled "Corruption In Action: Koch Brothers Position Themselves For Influence In Trump Administration" (https://www.huffpost.com/entry/corruption-in-action-koch-brothers-position-themselves_b_58ebbb57e4b0145a227cb71a). This piece directly accused the Koch network of positioning itself to benefit from and influence the administration's policies.
My efforts to expose this truth have been anything but quiet. I know I've made myself quite persistent, even, I'm sure, annoying at times, to those I'm reaching out to. But when people tell me, "Because of who this is, you will never be heard," those words genuinely frighten me. Our country endlessly celebrates our freedom, our right to be heard, to have a voice – yet I'm surrounded by individuals so quick to be complicit, to run away, to tell me, "Nope, you will never get that exposed." This isn't what I was taught our country was founded on. No one in our nation should possess that kind of power to silence another. So, for that fundamental right, I keep standing up for this story. Against these forces others say I will never win against, I persist. I might never claim an official victory, but those around me now know I am a person who won't give up, and who refuses to be complicit.
I believe have a job to assist and act on a multi-billion federal art crime. This isn't some petty offense; it's a monumental injustice. I even encountered the Koch brothers directly. In 2012, at a Palm Beach art show, I met Robert Wittman, only to find the Koch brothers themselves (all but Frederick) present, making their presence known to me and my husband and grown son. They were aware of my investigation years ago. When you connect these publicly reported ties, direct personal encounters, and my documented mailings, the picture becomes alarmingly clear. The silence, the inaction, and the lack of investigation are not merely oversights. They are consistent with a system where loyalty to powerful elites seemingly eclipses the pursuit of justice and the truth. This is the very essence of the "swamp" – a deep-seated protection of wealth and influence, even when faced with evidence of serious crimes. It tells me, and it should tell you, that the fight to expose the Gardner Heist is fundamentally a fight against systemic corruption. But I will not be silenced. My voice, and the truth, will break through. Hear the full, shocking details of these connections and the staggering evidence no one can explain away, on the Crime & Canvas Podcast, launching June 15, 2025. This is how we bypass the silence and expose the truth.
