ANNOUNCING: EPISODE 12 OF THE CRIME AND CANVAS PODCAST "The Gatekeeper: Anthony Amore and the 20-Year Con" For thirty-six years, we’ve been told the Gardner Museum heist is a cold case, a mystery of the underworld. But what if the art isn't missing because it can't be found? What if it's missing because the people paid to find it are actually the ones guarding the door? Join me in Episode 12 as I peel back the final layer of institutional silence and expose the "Sherlock of Boston" for what he truly is: a gatekeeper. My Mother's Story Is the NeedleFor over a decade, the public has been told that the key to the Gardner Museum heist was buried in a mobster's backyard in Connecticut. But I am here to tell you that the "Robert Gentile Discovery" was never about finding the art. It was a narrative shield designed to drown out the truth of my mother's story. The 24-Hour Narrative BlockThe timing of the "official" breakthrough in 2012 is near impossible to be a coincidence when laid over the timeline of my mother's story: February 10, 2012: The FBI announces the discovery of a "Gentile List," pointing the media toward an aging mobster. This gave the museum the PR "proof" of an active search they needed to win a legal battle over Isabella Stewart Gardner's restrictive Will. February 11, 2012: Literally the next day, I met face-to-face with the world's leading art detective, Robert Wittman. I showed him My Mother's List. I showed him the evidence linking the art to billionaire Frederick R. Koch. Click here to view my ticket for the event. I didn't know about the heist at this point - just my mother's mysterious art encounters from 1991/1992 with Frederick R. Koch.
They were afraid those I was reporting this to would figure out my mother's list. So they created the Gentile list. A list to drown out a list.
My tip was ignored because it threatened the financial momentum of the museum’s $114 million expansion. The system chose the "Mob Narrative" because it was safe. It was manageable. And most importantly, it didn't implicate a billionaire donor's brother / The Powerful Koch Brothers. Guarding the HaystackWhile the world watched the FBI dig in a backyard, the Director of Security was busy "reducing the haystack". But for twenty years, the haystack has only grown larger, buried under mountains of false leads. Anthony Amore has monetized this mystery, writing books and charging for lectures while the frames remain empty. He has been paid over $3 million in salary to manage a narrative that keeps the "nobodies" silent so the "somebodies" can protect their brand. The Silent TruthI have named the names. I have called out the harassment, including the vile "Heywood Jablomey" signature from the museum's own locality. If I were lying, I would have been sued for defamation years ago. Instead, there is only dead silence. In the legal world, silence is a choice. It is a fear of the discovery process. It is the loudest proof that my mother's story—the needle in that burning haystack—is the truth they are paid to hide. Coming Next: Episode 13, I reveal the "Imperial Shopping List"—the forensic evidence that proves Frederick R. Koch is the largest art criminal in history. Along with exposing his sham foundation.
Harvard & The Attorney General of MassachusettsIt is time for Harvard to make its move. To the President and Fellows of Harvard College: You are the designated guardians of Isabella’s legacy. The current caretakers have failed. They are seemingly more interested in protecting the secrets of the Koch family than recovering the art of the Gardner family. Be the Hero. Do not let this corruption stand. Enforce the Will. Step in and do what the "Gatekeepers" refuse to do: Find the truth. Isabella left the keys to you for a reason. It is time to use them. #NeverGiveUp - this is for my mother! What would you do for your mother? What would you do if your mother's truth solved the largest art heist in history. Would you stay quiet or speak out?
